Short-term outpatient mental health services for individuals: children ages 10-12, transitional aged youth ages 13-25 and for their caregivers. We provide 8-10 weekly, 45 minute sessions. Our clinicians utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and others as needed.
Throughout treatment, our clinicians assess the client’s needs and if long-term care is required our team will provide appropriate referrals. Our clinicians are both licensed providers and supervised associates through California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences with various specialties.
Sessions are provided both in person or via telehealth. Our main office is located in Orange, however we can offer services throughout Orange County.
No insurance accepted at this time, however a superbill can be provided. Session rate: $160.

Short-term outpatient mental health services for families who are seeking family- focused treatment. Improve communication, boundary setting, and connection.
We provide 8-10 weekly, 50-minute sessions for family therapy. Our clinicians utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and others as needed.
Throughout treatment, our clinicians assess the client’s needs and if long-term care is required our team will provide appropriate referrals. Our clinicians are both licensed providers and supervised associates through California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences with various specialties.
Our main office is located in Orange, however we can offer services throughout Orange County.

-Staff: Mental Health focused workshops tailored for staff to support their mental health needs. Popular topics for staff is Burnout: Signs, Symptoms and Treatment, Secondary Trauma: Signs, Symptoms and Treatment.

Mental Health focused workshops are tailored for staff to support their mental health needs. A survey can be provided to see what your staff would like to further learn about and we will create a customized workshop.
On-Site Mental Health Sessions
Working individuals have many obligations outside of their careers, and often are not able to find time to care for their own well being which can impact their performance. Help your staff by eliminating those barriers and offering mental health counseling sessions on site! We can assign your organization a clinician for weekly, or monthly support.

Paving Forward provides clinical supervisors who possess extensive experience across all levels of care in the mental health field, from early intervention and prevention to inpatient psychiatric care. Our clinicians are well-versed in various treatment modalities and each brings unique expertise to help your unlicensed staff better support the families and individuals you serve. We offer individual, triadic (two supervisees), and group supervision (maximum of eight supervisees).
